Unopened Exchanges
Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within a clinic-approved window. Contact us promptly to arrange.
Shade-Selected Items
Products with a confirmed shade selection cannot be returned once processed. Please choose your shade carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue promptly.
